Press review: Court of Appeal ruling in matters must Spickmich
students rate their teachers remain on the web. The Higher Regional Court of Cologne ruled on Thursday and dismissed the appeal brought by a high school teacher against the Internet forum "Spickmich.de" back. The teacher wanted to forbid the operators to publish information such as your name, school subjects, quotes and votes on the website. This was found to be admissible, however. The operators were pleased with the verdict.
