Facebook Comic Book Heroes Action - Illegal? Hello dear readers,
currently running on Facebook a comic hero action, where the callee is that all his profile picture changes to Facebook in a picture of his comic heroes from childhood -
Quote: "The aim is to see no real heads over to Facebook [ ...]! power to revive and let our childhood! " the action going until 30.11.2010.
like a flood has spread this action and thousands of people have changed their profile picture. He-Man, Superman, Spiderman, Pocahontas, Ariel, Asterix, Speedy Gonzales, the Smurfs and Co are now the profile pictures of countless people.
popping now been all over warnings that this is Illegal:

Yet it is illegal. why why and why?
is protected by copyright any "photograph" or "light sculpture" (= photo) and also "works" (= text, drawing, music, notes, etc..) Aufweißt if it is a creative Gwiss degree (§ § 2 No. 5, 72 Copyright Act). This level of creative design concerns actually ANY form of photography, unless there is an image that "blindly" was created and "meaningless".
A drawing created music, sheet music etc.. are 99% always created on purpose and we talked, even deliberately put on the web. So you can actually assume that everything on the Internet, § § 2, No. 5, 72 Copyright Act falls.
We may publish a copyrighted image that is not without the prior permission of the photographer, copy or make them publicly available (ie publish on the Internet).
These possibilities using solely the author can to protect him if he would like to receive for the publication of his work for a financial contribution (quasi want to sell the rights to use).

one is fan of something. There is a positive thought, if you present the image of a series, a drawing of a superstar in his personal profile of the public, unless the artist is not harmful, and thus makes profit. If one walks through
Animexx, Deviantart, Facbook, Myspace, Flickr, Twitter, or God knows what, almost everyone uses images, thus violating the copyrights of others definitely. But not to show in bad faith, but to present and what you personally like, great place and would like to show others.
Personally, I would love an animal, if someone invites my pictures in his profile, because it would show me the / those by the most beautiful and wants to show it to the public.
